Religious consciousness

 Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Generally, consciousness is the state of being awake, thinking, and knowing what is happening around you. Therefore, religious consciousness is the act of being awake, thinking, and knowing God's plan for man.

Christianity is not just a religion, it is a relationship. Many christians do not understand this. Christians are those in relationships with God through Christ our Lord. Jesus came to the world in order to fulfilled God's redemptive plan.

Man must acknowledged that through the first man adam, all men had lost their original glory and their relationship with God. Sin has detached man from God but Jesus gave up His precious life to save man, and to bring man back to God.

Christians must be conscious of their relationship with God, because the accuser which is the devil will always finds a way to steal that precious gift of freedom and a way to destroyed man's relationship with God. No wonder Jesus said, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

Devil will use tricks, patterns and other fabricated lies to distract or confused man. But only those who insisted and focused on the cross will survived.

Devil will let you know that it is good to take bribe, he will made you think that cheating is the only way to survive in life, he will let you think that paying of tithe (God's command) is wasting of money, devil will lie to you that food eating in secret is the sweetest of all food. He will made you think that by destroying other peoples life you can gather wealth. Devil will try to confuse you that by holding many possessions the world will respect you.

Devil is the father of all lies, he will tell you that by offering sacrifices to the gods you will not die, but that is not true, he came to Jesus and offered Him the whole world but Jesus knew what it means to stay within the will of the Father. You need to be conscious as you journey through this short and sorrowful life.
