"That I may know Him"

 Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

Jesus is the savior of the world. According to the scripture, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life."

I am certain that Jesus is the way, because He came to show man the way to the Father, truly, Jesus is the truth, because no man ever find fault in Him. (1 Peter 1:19) "but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot."

Jesus is the life, because He is the source of all life (John 1:3) "God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him."

Christianity is not just a religion it is a relationship, the word Christian in Greek language means little Christ.

Jesus came to this world inorder to call man into a relationship with God. 

When the first man (Adam) failed God in the garden of Eden, the relationship between man and God was broken and man went on his own way, but Christ came to settle the dispute between God and man.

When you are preached to or you heard about Christ and believed, it is paramount or a must for you to seek and know that Jesus is "I am."

It is dangerous for man not to know Christ himself.

I will like to use this little expression to explain this better.

Let say a doctor introduced a drug to you, with or without an instruction on how to use it, but fortunately for you the drug works, since you are not a pharmacist nor a doctor you will always need the help of a doctor any time you want to use the drug but for you not to depend on any man who is here today and may be absent tomorrow you will need to go and study pharmacy inorder to know about drugs. But in this case all you need to know is the drug itself and Jesus Christ is the drug and the doctor that introduced or prescribe the drug to you is a minister of God or an evangelist.

In the book of John chapter four a Samaritan woman met Christ and went to her town to introduced Christ to her people, because of what she told them they put their faith in Christ but in chapter 42... "They told the woman, 'we no longer have faith in Jesus just because of what you told us. We have heard Him ourselves, and we are certain that He is the savior of the world."

You must know and believe that Jesus is the son of God, the innocent lamb who took away the sin of mankind.
