All things are possible

 Matthew 19:26  But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Scripturally speaking, man was created in the image of God but sin had caused him a lot of troubles, sin had robbed him so much, he was designed to manifest God in every ramification but sin had made him impotent. 

When Jesus showed up he displays in a way that man should display naturally and those who witnesses His days were so amazed; Jesus raised the dead, "John 11:38," He healed the sick, "Matt 8:16," He fed more than five thousand people with just five loaves of bread and two fish, "Matt 14:13-21," Jesus walked on water, "Matt 14:22-33." Jesus works all those miracles just to remind son of man that he can do anything, “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father." John 14:12

We have seen Ministers of God raised the dead, healing the sick and worked miracles, all these are some dimensions of God; God can do anything and because He had made man in His image man could do anything as well, but before any man can work in the fullness of the glory that God had made with him, he must submit to God totally and he must be born from above.

Those men that are working in some dimensions of God were empowered by the spirit of the living God, because of man's failure in the garden there is nothing he can do successfully without the help of the Holy Ghost, every activities that man may carries out without the help of the Holy Ghost will lead him to sin. The only way for man to work uprightly and to fulfill his destiny is to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and savior,  "And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved". Acts 4:12
