Foreign culture

 John 8:22-23  Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

God created man to function like Him both in heavens and on earth. God wants man to carry His identity wherever he goes but sin had made him detached from God, sin had robbed him the nature of God, he had gone on his own way and adopted foreign culture, when Man was created; he was gentle, kind, good, gorgeous, beautiful, sinless, gracious, precious, and perfect like God but sin had robbed him everything, he is no more living like a gracious King, but he is now living like that fallen angel that deceived him in the garden.

Jesus came to call man back into the family of God, the effect of man's detachment from God is lack of understanding. Let's take a look at it from this perspective; if you left your country for another one or you left your region or tribe for another one and you stay for a very long time, there is probably 95 percent assurance that you may be influence by another culture and it is possible for you to forget or dump your own culture to the foreign one.

As a born again Christian you need to learn the way of the kingdom in order for you to survive, the question now is; "how do I know or understand the kingdom way?" This is the main reason why Jesus took the very little time he had with man to teach him the way of the kingdom and He also asked the Father to give man His Spirit for guardians and direction. You must be friendly with the scripture and make Holy Spirit your best friend. "May thy Lord help us as we journey through life in Jesus name, Amen.
