Kingdom modesty

 Isaiah 3:16  Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:

The kingdom of God is not something we can see with physical eyes; the kingdom of God is power. “The kingdom of God is not coming with things that can be observed; nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or 'There it is!' For, in fact, the Kingdom of God is among you” Luke 17:21

Jesus is the only Portal through wich man can get into the kingdom of God, be in Christ does not equal 'leave the world' but when you are in Christ you are living in another realm while you are still on earth. Those who had been saved are no longer under the influence of the power of darkness and they are living a new life under the government of God the Father and Jesus Christ is the king. Those who are truly born again will see Christ Jesus as their only model; the life of Christ drew a pattern by which man can lives from the kingdom while they are still on the earth. 

Man's conduct is a proof of identification both in the physical and in the spirit realm but it is more identifiable in the spirit than in the physical, "A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit." Matt7:16

A true born again Christian will never dress to please man but God, he/she will never pray just to be honored by man, he will never fast to show off, a true believer will not give because of man's praise he will only give so that his Father in heaven may be honored.

A Kingdom citizen will not dress to attract the opposite sex, when when a true believer worship he won't do it to show off but to carry out kingdom service. The attitude and character of a true believer must be within the standard of the kingdom of God.
