Draw strength from God

 Ephesians 6:10  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

"Let the weak say I am strong."

Our God is powerful and those that wait upon Him will never fail, God never fail and He will never fail. God is not weak but He is gentle and kind. 

Ones strength can only be measured when he demonstrates love. The power and the strength of God the Father can be captured in the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. "Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken." Isaiah 53:1-8

Every born again Christian draw strength from God through the redemptive work of Christ,  "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me". Matthew 28:18

As a genuine born again Christian you must fight all the battles that may comes your way only with the name that is above every other names, the name of Jesus, your strength must centered in the finished work of Christ on the cross. The only weapon you have to defeat the devil is the name of Jesus your strength as a Christian is in the name "Jesus," never think that you can win battles, overcome sickness, escape evil arrows, and devil's traps by any other means than the name of Jesus Christ.

The power of God is encapsulated in the name of Jesus Christ. "And now I am no more in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to thee. Holy Father, keep them in thy name, which thou hast given me, that they may be one, even as we are one". John 17:11

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of underserved grace and I pray that you will keep me save by the power in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
