 John 17:15  I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

The Bible talked about the creation of the earth, "The earth was barren, with no form of life; it was under a roaring ocean covered with darkness. But the spirit of God was moving over the water." Genesis 1:2

In the book of revelation chapter 12 verse 12 the Bible also reveil another reality about the earth, "The heavens should rejoice, together with everyone who lives there. But pity the earth and the sea, because the devil was throwing dawn to the earth." 

Man was primarily designed to live in the garden of Eden; the garden of Eden is part of the heavens that finds expression on the physical realm and earth is not the only physical entity. Man was not fashioned to live on earth but sin had made him a citizen of the earth.

The earth is full of troubles, bitterness, and every kinds of evil activities, and God is the only one who is capable to survive every kind of situations. It is an aberration for man to adopt the system of the world and live by it, because he wasn't designed for this world, that is why Jesus said, "they don't belong to this world, and neither do I." John 17:16

Every born again Christian must acknowledge and serious about their identity, to be born from above means you are no more a citizen of the earth but you are now a member of God's family living on earth and for you to survive in this evil world you must take your salvation serious in order to overcome the evil one, you must know the truth which is the word of God and you must act according to that word. Prayer is like the oxygen that we breath in and the carbon dioxide that we breath out, so every born again Christian must not joke with prayer, obedience is paramount in the kingdom of God, every believer must obey God's instructions because in God's instructions there is direction for every mankind.

Heavenly Father, please create pure thoughts in me, I don't want to misuse your gift of underserved grace, help me to be faithful to the end, Amen.
