What it means to be bless

 Luke 11:27-28  And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

God is the source of all blessings and Jesus is the true channel to receive blessings from God.

What man considered to be a blessing many times may not really be a blessing. It is true that God blesses man, but He will not bless any man on the basis of vanity, how do I mean; God will not bless you because you want to show off, He will never give you a blessing that would destroy you because you soul is so precious to Him, He will never give you a blessing that will make you lead other people astray. 

God bless people for the kingdom purpose and those that are really blessed are the ones that do His will, the blessing of the LORD cannot be measured by the physical monda things like riches, honor, gold, silver, post, mansion, and many other things that a worldly man may consider as blessing. God's blessing is spiritual and those that respect and obey God can easily discern this blessing in the physical because your needs will be supplied and an ordinary man will not be able to define or explain how it happened.

"But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

Those that are really blessed are the people that has the capacity to do the will of God comfortably; the world is full of distractions and the fallen nature is the enemy of God's Spirit and for you to be able to do the exact will of the Father in this wicked world then you are really blessed and you are not far from the kingdom of heaven, and your determination to obey God's commandments will make God gives you what you want.

A rich man may not have access to some things but someone who is truly bless by God has everything  "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied". matthew 5:6
