Christian life

 Luke 14:26  If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

The word "Christian" was first used in reference to Jesus's followers in the city of Antioch, as recorded in Acts chapter 11 verse 26.

Christianity is a relationship that every believer get into by putting their faith in Christ Jesus, if you don't have faith or believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that He died for your sin on the cross, then you are not a Christian. Christianity is a vehicle that transport man from the wilderness back to the presence of God.

It is true that God accepts only those who have faith in Jesus Christ, no one can please God by simply obeying the law that was made up by man because there is no fallen man that knows what is right; when Man sin he loses every sense of light/truth, it is the spirit that knows the mind of God, what man considered to be good or right many times are evil or disgusting in the sight of God. The only available option for man to get back to God is to enter into a relationship with Christ Jesus and for anyone to become a disciple of Christ, such must give up his life for Christ in order to have it completely, you must be nailed to the cross as in with Christ and resurrected as in with Christ so that you can live through Christ that is in you. As a Christian, you are a member of God's family and Jesus is the reason why you were qualified to become a member and this family is not of the world and it is invisible and the only tool you needed to relate, interact, contribute, and to function as a member is called faith. If you do not operates on the platform of God's genuine faith, you will always want to save your life instead of doing the will of God, you may not realized that you live because Jesus lives, you may think that because money answereth all things; your pursuit should be money instead of the Kingdom. Christianity is not all about pleasing the flesh or having fun , Christianity is power.
