The joy of the Lord

 Psalms 51:12  Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

"Sin sink the sinner," anyone who sin is an enemy of God and such is an enemy to himself. "The wages of sin is death," there is no alternative to that anyone that loves sin will always face the consequences. Death is a language in the spirit and it does not necessarily means "to die" (when spirit detached from the body) death has sting and the sting of death are sickness, sadness, sorrow, bitterness, failure, bad luck, poverty, just to mention a few. When the first man Adam sin against God in the garden of Eden, he was chased out of the garden into the world that is full of death stings. Man has being searching for peace/joy in the world but unfortunately for him there is nothing under the sun that can offer man everlasting joy, man can only find joy in the gift of salvation. Jesus lay down His life to save mankind, the only man that can experience everlasting joy on earth is the man that had met with Christ, the man that his name has been written in the book of life, joy can only be measured by the gift of salvation. Anyone that take pleasure in power, wealth, position, mansion, riches, gold, and all the mundane things of this world is not wise, even when the disciples of Jesus cast out demons Jesus quickly remind them that they should have job because their name is written in the book of life.

A genuine born again Christian will always finds joy in the redemptive work of Christ Jesus, a Christian that finds joy in the mundane things is not a wise Christian, our joy will overflow when we constantly take part in what God is doing in our generation.

The world does not have joy to offer stop searching for joy in the world that is full of evil.

My Father and my Lord please give me unlimited joy, make me as happy as you did when you saved me. Amen.
