Why sacrifices?

 Isaiah 1:13  Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

It is correct if I say that the only language that the spirit understands is sacrifice. When Man loses his position in the realm that matters, that spotless lamb was crucified for the atonement of man's sin.

God is not a man that can be bribed or a son of man that can be fooled, never think that you can willingly go in the way of sin and comes back to offer sacrifices to bribe God; God is not a man that eats or a son of man that spends money, if God is a man that use to get hungry then anytime that He is hungry, He wouldn't tell you, because the world and everything in it belongs to God; every animal in the forest belongs to Him, and so do the cattle on a thousand hills. God know all the birds in the mountains, and every wild creatures is in His care. God do not eat the meat of bulls or drink the blood of goats. He Is The Most High God! the only sacrifice He want from you is thanksgiving and obedience. 

Abraham the father of faith waited till his old age before he had Isaac and God asked him to sacrifice Isaac to Him, not just because God take pleasure in shielding blood but your faith must be tested before God can entrusted you with power or possession, never think that God loves it when you go without eating but you are calling His attention to your seriousness and readiness. Our God is a just God and He want you to live your life for Him because He created you for a purpose and the only way to fulfill purpose in life is to live for Christ who died for your sin.
