The Sovereignty Of God

 Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

God is power! The mighty power of God is unlimited and His kingdom is unmeasurable. God cannot be stopped, He is unquestionable, He cannot be deceived and no one can fool Him because He knows all things.

The mighty power of God is unmeasurable. He is God.

Someone asked a minister of God if God is powerful indeed, and he asked further; if God is powerful and knows all things, why did He created the world when He knew that it will be full of evil, and why did He have to come and died to save man instead of creating another world that will be evil free?

In the first place, the person that question knows nothing about the saving power of God, and secondly he is a man; because even the greatest among the son of man knows so little about God or about the power of God; this includes His ministers. "Then the LORD spoke to Job out of the storm. He said: 2 “Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?" Job 38:1&2

This is what you should know about the power of God, God is powerful, and He can do anything. "But Jesus looked at them and said to them, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" Matthew 19:26

God created the heavens and the earth. Everything in the heavens, on earth, and underneath the earth is under the government of God.

God is really in charge, it may seems to man that God has failed, it may seems to man that devil is in control, that is not true God is in control. God knows from the beginning of the creation of the heavens and the earth that some angels will rebel, He knew that the devil will trespass, God knows that man will disobeyed; the way Christ Jesus knows that Judas Iscariot will compromised but the reality is that everything will be for the glory of God. That does not mean that God finds pleasure in human suffering but it means that nothing will affect God. The very plan of God before the creation will come to pass when the time is right, it is left for you and I to fix ourselves into God's plan through the gift of underserved grace. Nothing will stop God's plan, even the one He has for you. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

Joseph was instructed through dreams, "An angel told him to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt, warning him that Herod would seek to kill the child." Does that mean that God cannot protect Himself, or it means that Herod power supersede God's power? No. God is not a show off, He works in a mysterious way that no man nor angels can comprehend Him. God is unique!

The truth is that, every knee will bow and every tongue will acknowledge that God is great Amen. "I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth inw righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear." Isaiah 45:23
