Being a witness

 Matthew 24:9  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

A witness of Christ is an ambassador from the kingdom to the sinful world.

A genuine born again Christian has a call and the reason why you were called is to witness Christ in every nations of the world.

Being a witness is a responsibility and you must carry out your duty diligently no matter what devil may throw at you. You must know what it means to be a witness, it cost God nothing to caught up the believers immediately they got born again but what would have be the faith of those who are still in the dark, if our Lord Jesus Christ try to save His own life, what would have be your faith today. 

If the apostles of old, people like Stephen who was stoned to death and others who gave up their lifes for the the gospel have tried to save their lifes, what would have be the faith of Christians today?

Your only assignment on earth is to witness Christ not to be running after the mundane things of this world. Jesus said His kingdom is not of this world, why are the so called witnesses of the modern day churches were preaching material things, why is it that the whole messages in the church today based of prosperity alone, why are we now preaching to the people that this sinful world belongs to Christ, why are we telling people that it pays to gain the world and loses their souls, why are will telling them that the life eternal is not necessary? Why are we telling them that it is good to enjoy life than to reign with Christ in eternity.

You must change your language today, and started witnessing for Christ and not for the devil.

PRAY THIS WEEK

My Father and my LORD, I sincerely sorry for my mistakes and I am sorry for not witnessing for Christ. Please forgive me and grant me grace to represent Christ the way I should do. Amen
