Repentance is a posture

 Luke 3:8  Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

To genuinely turn back to God and to forsake the old way of life will resulted in a new life in Christ which is equal to holy living.

Christians are those who had accepted Christ as their Lord and savior and their character is a testament by which the society recognized them.

Anyone who claimed to be a Christian must proof it by his/her conducts.

It is true that God judges man by his state of heart, and it is correct if I say "the invisible makes the visible," claiming to be a Christian and living like a devil is an aberration; if you have truly met with Christ Jesus, your behavior will surely be like that of Christ, Jesus is not a lier, why do you call yourself a Christian and tell lies?

Jesus is not a fornicator, why do you fornicate? 

Jesus is humble, why are you so arrogant?

Jesus is not a backbiter, why do you backbite? Jesus is a cheerful giver, why are you so stingy? Jesus is a forgiver, why you won't let go of the past? Jesus is not a law breaker, why do you always work against the law? Jesus never work against the Father, why do you call yourself a Christian, when your character is not of the Christ.

As a Christian, your life must honor God. Stop bringing shame to the name of God. Repent and forsake your sins, make peace with God if you want peace to flow from the presence of God into your life.

PRAY THIS WEEK

Heavenly Father, I sincerely sorry for my sins, please forgive me and renew the right spirit within me in Jesus mighty name Amen.
