Pray For Wisdom

 Proverbs 3:18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

What is wisdom?

Wisdom is the accumulation of knowledge. The wisdom of God is worth much more than jewelry that is made of gold; the wisdom of God will help you live a perfect life, it will help you live a godly life. The wisdom of God will make you live right.

When king Solomon offered sacrifices to the Lord , God appeared to him in dream and gave him an open cheque, but instead of asking God to him live long in this evil world; the way many people asks for it, and he could have also asked God to kill his enemies and to destroyed them; the way many people pray to God to help them kill their enemies, king Solomon would have asked for riches, cars, mansions, gold, and fame; the way many Christians asks for it. But king Solomon did not ask for the mundane things that will not last, instead he asked God for wisdom to make the right decisions, many Christians are praying wrong prayers; because they lack wisdom. The Bible says, "my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge," if you want to live right, you should pray to God to give you His wisdom, and you must give yourself to learning; learn to meditate on the words of God and pray for the Spirit of God to guard your ways in Jesus mighty name.
