Faith Powers the Law

 Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Moses received the ten commandments directly from God. The ten commandments is not just a mere law written by any man, it is sacramental. God gave it as a gift to mankind because man has lost the ability to live right when he sin against God in the garden of Eden.

Man can live a righteous life if he can keep to every commandments of God.

The law is important but the law isn't enough for man to live to the standard of God because the flesh is too weak to keep the commandments of God. And for man to live a righteous life he needed to be born the second time; the old version of sin will always find it difficult to live a holy life.

The law is weak and useless without the help of God's Spirit; the way a car is useless in the hand of a blind man.

This is where faith comes in. "Without faith no man can please God," you must have faith and believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and you must confess that Jesus Christ is Lord; when you accept Christ as your Lord and savior a new version will be given unto you and you will become a new creature. That new version of yours will always find it easier to keep the commandments of God, and you will never find it difficult to obey God because that new version will be equipped with the Holy Ghost.

If you are struggling with sin, it proves that you had lost contact with Christ Jesus or maybe you have not yet met with Christ Jesus.

PRAY THIS WEEK 

Pray the prayer of reconciliation, beg God to forgive your sins and promise that you will do away with it. If you have not yet met with Christ say this prayer; Lord Jesus I believe that you are the son of God, who came and died for my sins on the cross. I accept you today please come and change my life completely and make me yours forever Amen.
