The Blood Of Jesus

 Matthew 26:28  For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

The blood of Jesus is the greatest gift after the name 'Jesus' that the believers possesses. The blood of Jesus is powerful. It is a great weapon that is available to the believers. Through the blood of Jesus, our heavenly Father made an agreement with us; His blood was taken to the court of heaven as an atonement of man's sins.

According to the law of Moses, those who become unclean are not fit to worship God.

Yet they will be considered clean, if they are sprinkled with the blood of goats and bulls and with the ashes of a sacrificed calf. That was an old way of commune with God, and it was an old agreement that God had had with man, but it is unfortunate that many are still living in the past, they will not accept Christ because they think that the law could make them acceptable to God, whereas no man can keep the law; an old wineskin cannot hold a new wine, the law is divine but the nature of man had been tampered with by that serpent, which means the old nature of man cannot keep the law which is divine. 

Christ was sinless, and He offered Himself as an eternal and spiritual sacrifice to God. This is why His blood is much more powerful and makes our conscience clear. Now we can serve the living God and no longer do things that lead to death. The blood of Jesus washed away our sins and it gives us Christ's life; God will accept you and you will become a new creature that hates sins.

Apart from washing our sins away, the blood of Jesus has become a great weapon in the hands of the believers; the blood of Jesus breaks evil yokes, it set free, it heals, and it protects.
