The terror of the Lord

 Isaiah 1:21  How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.

God is love! He is kind and merciful; His loving kindness endures forever.

It is good to talk about the goodness of God and it is better to learn the character of God. Our God is merciful but He will never allow or accept evil. The Bible teaches that our God cannot behold iniquity. The reason why God will keep on loving you is when you remain faithful, holy, and pure.

The psalmist said, "but you, the Lord God, are kind and merciful. You don't easily get angry, and your love can always be trusted. Psalm 86:15

God loves you so much. But when you rebel, He knows and He will do everything to get you back to His presence; the terror of God motivate repentance and faithful living. God is not please with evil and He will never praise you for doing it. He knows, when you become a murderer and when you started selling fake materials as though they were original. He sees you when you started making friends with the crooks. He saw, when you free the wicked and both the widows and the orphans won't get a fair trial.

Always do things that will please the Lord because you cannot withstand His anger.

If you offend man, God may intervene but when you offend God who will stand for you?

Pray the prayer of forgiveness and beg God to renew the right Spirit in you, so that you will not offend Him.
