Treasure In Clay Jars
2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
It is written in the scripture that man was made from clay and God has been kind enough to trust us with His life given Spirit, He gave us His Spirit so that we can be like Him, but unfortunately for man, he sinned against God and God's glory was withdrawn from him and man became ordinary but another chance had been given to many in Christ Jesus, God has been trust us with the work of making peace between Him and the unbelievers; we are like clay jars in which the treasure of the finished work of Christ on the cross is stored.
Every genuine born again Christian are possessed by the Spirit of Christ.
When you pray for the sick and they get heal, the power that heals them comes from God and not from you. Anytime you go out for evangelism and people turn to God, you must acknowledge that the power that makes them believe is not in the way you presents the message the real power comes directly from God.
Any believer whose aim and objectives is to trade the gift or the anointing of God for money or material things has lost it; the gifts and the anointing of God is for the kingdom purpose and not for the pleasure of life.
No kingdom man will wants to make earthly profits from doing the work of the kingdom, anyone who does that is not belongs to God; beware of them.
God has been kind enough to trust us with this work; we must not give up or do shameful things that can bring shame to the name of God or caused embarrassment to the body of Christ. We must not fool anyone in the name of prophecy or twist God's message because of food.
Stay pure and holy and do everything to honor your Father in heaven.
PRAY THIS WEEK
Promise God that you will be useful and tell Him to store His treasures in you for the purpose of His kingdom.
