Easy Yoke

 Mark 8:35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

In the letter that apostle Paul wrote to the church in Rome, he clearly stated that he was so proud of the good news, because it is God's powerful way of saving all people, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile." Romans 1:16

Jesus was telling the disciples what would happen to Him for the sake of the gospel but one of the disciples told Him not to speak that way but Jesus rebuked peter for thinking like everyone else and not like God. "Mark 8:31-33"

What is in the mind of God?

God did not want anyone to perish, He wants all mankind to be saved, and the only way to archive that is for you to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ without looking back; no matter what you are facing, no matter the persecution, no matter the challenges of life, man may reject you, nature may not favor you, it may seems to you as if you are not relevant, the system of this world may not favor you, it is a must for you to preach the gospel. Trying to save your job and deny Jesus will lead to destruction. Trying to save your money and deny the gospel will end up in regret. If you want to live, you must put the gospel first and let all other things be secondary. Jesus said, "Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need." Matthew 6:33

If you want to save your life, your business, your family, your future, you must forget about yourself and forget about every other things, take your cross and follow Jesus that is the simplest way of living fine, because Jesus had done it all, what is left for you now is to spread the good news everywhere.

Pray for the help of the Holy Ghost on how to preach the gospel in a convenient way and you will be glad that what you sees as a problem is nothing before God.

Stop struggling with life, let God help you.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
