Rewards
Isaiah 3:10-11 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
"Give and it shall be given unto you."
It is written in the scripture that Job was tested of the devil; the reason why the devil was able to tests Job was not because God grant him to do so, but he was able to tests Job because he found a legal ground by which he could accused him. Job said, "why do you accuse me of horrible crimes and make me pay for sins I did in my youth?"
God was not the one punishing Job but the devil and he was able to do so because he found a fault against Job.
One of his friends whose name is Eliphaz insisted that what happened to Job was a result of sin that Job was committed sometimes in the past, “Stop and think! Do the innocent die? When have the upright been destroyed? My experience shows that those who plant trouble and cultivate evil will harvest the same." Job 4:7&8

But for the wicked their rewards is destruction; those who chose evil over light will be rewarded with pains, sickness, disaster, and death but for the righteous they will be rewarded with life that comes from the Son of God; their lives will be filled with the joy of the LORD.
“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!" Matthew 25:23
