Walk In The Light

 John 14:19  Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

Darkness is the opposite of light. It is the partial or total absence of light. Darkness can also be referred to as wickedness or evil.

Darkness has too many disadvantages but the number one of it is that it cannot host God. The Bible teaches that God dwells in the light. Anyone who lives in darkness will never see God. If you want to encounter God, you must come out of darkness and come into the light. Nothing good will come out of darkness.

The world is full of darkness but the good news is that the Messiah had come and He reminded His followers of the true identity when He said, "you are the light for the whole world. A city built on top of a hill cannot be hidden." Matthew 5:14

So, Jesus said that the people of this world won't be able to see Him because He dwells in the light and those who lives in the light, those who are faithful, those who hate sin, those who who fear God, those who love others, those who love justice, those who preach the gospel, those who love God will see Jesus, and they will live because our redeemer liveth.

If you want to live, you must detached yourself from darkness and come into the light, forsake your sins and ask for forgiveness, start living right, then you will see Jesus and you will surely live.

PRAY THIS WEEK 

Heavenly Father please shed your light on me, I don't want to live in the dark, overshadow me with your Spirit and direct my path in Jesus mighty name. Amen
