False Teaching and True Wealth

 1 Timothy 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

Lot's wife was warned by the angels not to look back while evacuating Sodom and Gomorrah, the way our Lord Jesus Christ had warned us against false prophets and teachers; "they dress up like sheep, but inside they are wolves who have come to attack you." Matthew 7:15. "False messiahs and false prophets will come and work great miracles and signs. They will even try to fool God's chosen ones." Matthew 24:24

The church today has diverted from the message of the kingdom of God, and prosperity message has become the message of the day.

Apostle paul said, "Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom,  but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles," 1 Corinthians 22&23

Our message is Christ being crucified, but because the unbelievers have problems with this, and most of the people in the world today thinks it is foolish and most of the ministers want to gather multitude no matter what, so they changed the message that God gave them and teaches what people wants to hear.

Those who disagrees with the correct and godly teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ are proud of themselves, but they don't really know a thing. Their minds are sick, and they like to argue over words, they cause jealousy, disagreement, and nasty quarrels among the people of God. They have wicked minds and have missed out on the truth.

These false teachers has made people believe that religion is supposed to make them rich, so they fall into all sorts of temptations and traps of the devil. They are caught by foolish and harmful desires that drag them down and destroy them.

Religion does make your life rich, by making you content with what you have.

The love of money causes all kinds of trouble.

Many Christians have given up their faith and causes themselves a lot of pains in the name of getting rich. No matter how rich you become in life, if you don't have peace, you have nothing. The life you have in Christ will gives you peace. If you truly have Christ, you have everything. Those who do not have Christ have nothing.

If you want peace, give your life the Christ and forsake your sins, make peace with God and live the rest of your life in peace.

PRAY THIS WEEK 

Heavenly Father, I plead for peace and joy that comes from your salvation please give it to me in Jesus mighty name. Amen
