To Become Like Christ

 Philippians 3:8  Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

The life of every Christians is powered by the life of Christ. To be born again means to be given the life of Christ. Jesus gave up His life for the sake of all mankind, so when He died on the cross, His life was spread out looking for whom to power and anyone who can reject the devil and his works and then accept Christ Jesus as his Lord and savior will be given a new life in Christ Jesus. Only those who have the life of Christ in them will be accepted by God.

Many claimed to be Christians, but the life of Christ is not in them; you can't claimed to be a descendant of Abraham and yet working against the truth, if you truly know Christ and His life governs yours everything about you must mirror God.

The term Christianity means "Christ like" but those who claimed to be Christians today are not behaving like Christ, if you want to be like Christ you must die in the flesh everyday.

A genuine born again Christian must not react or behave like the people of the world, if you truly have the life of Christ in you, people should be able to see Christ through you.

The crowd of people asked Jesus to show them the Father, Jesus replied and said, "when you see me, you have seen the Father" 

Jesus is the son of God because everything about Him mirrors God; why will you called yourself a Christian and people are still looking for Christ, you claimed to be an ambassador for Christ on earth and you are not like Him.

Ask yourself and check your life, who you serve? Christ or devil? 

Every genuine born again Christian must grow to become like Christ; the kind of constant growth.

You must keep struggling and stay focus until the life you received when you gave your life to Christ becomes visible for the people to see and to testify to the glory of God in your life.

PRAY THIS WEEK 

Heavenly Father please give me grace to become like Christ. Holy Spirit please teach me all truth so that my life will become like that of Jesus Christ. Amen
