The Land Of The Shadow Of Death

 Isaiah 42:18  Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.

The Bible says, "if anyone be in Christ, he is a new creation." The process of rebirth is a process of migrating from darkness into the light. Anyone who lives in sin, lives in darkness.

When man sin against God in the garden of Eden, he was banished into the land of the shadow of death. Anyone who lives in darkness is as blind as darkness itself. Man has being living in darkness until the Messiah showed up. That is why Jesus told the disciples, "you are the light of the world." Jesus came to shed and to spread light, so that the people of the world might see, "the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.” Matthew 4:16

Darkness is a curse and it has many disadvantages; those who lives in darkness are blind to the things that matters.

God created man for a purpose but when he sinned against God, he was disconnected from God's plan, even though he lives, he was useless until the Messiah comes.

What sin does is that, it blinds and it divert the attention of it patient from the things that matters, it makes them blind to the things of God and it makes their ears deaf to the truth that can make them free.

Anyone who wants to see and hear the truth must come into the light, you must accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, then you will be baptized with the Holy Ghost, who will deliver you from blindness and activate your spiritual sensibilities, that is when you can hear the truth that will make you free.

PRAY THIS WEEK 

Holy Spirit I plead for your, please come and deliver me from blindness and activate my spiritual sensibilities in Jesus mighty name. Amen
