Thou Shall Not Sin

 Ezekiel 33:12  Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

To every born again Christians, sin to them is forbidden; it is an aberration for a kingdom man to believe that he cannot live without committing sin. Anyone who accepted Christ as his Lord and savior signed a life contract with God and such Christian must do everything possible to stay out of sin; everything in the lost world will want to make you sin, but Jesus Christ had prayed for us, He asked the Father to keep us safe from the evil one.

"My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one." John 17:15

As a born again Christian, you must not forget the pains and the suffering that our Lord Jesus Christ endured just for us to be saved. "And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth." John 17:19

Jesus had paid the price of our sins once and for all , so if anyone accepts Christ as his Lord and savior, all his sins will be forgiven but he will be the one to account for any other sins he may have committed after salvation.

"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins," Hebrews 10:26

When you received the life of Christ, the gift of underserved grace will make you understand the truth and the prayer that Christ had prayed in your behalf will keep you from singing, but if you engage in sin intentionally and live by it you will be disconnected from the truth and condemned. No matter what service you may have rendered in the kingdom, it will count for nothing if you rebel against God by living in sin.

It is forbidden for a genuine born again Christian to live in sin.

Holy Spirit please come and Father me, I don't want to sin against God, help me to live a holy life in Jesus mighty name. Amen
