Faith In God

Mark 8:33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

Without faith it is impossible to please God.

"Faith makes us sure of what we hope for and gives us proof of what we cannot see."

Naturally speaking, if nothing isn't there, it can be counted; and there is no sense in trying to bring something out of nothing, but it is possible for a dead Lazarus to live again, and it is possible for dry bones to come back to life, in this kingdom, we can feed the multitude with five loaves of bread and two fish, to the best of my knowledge; we can walk on the sea, we can command the mountain to move, we can give sight back to the blind, and the sea can be parted for us to pass.

Our God is invisible, but we believe that He lives.

Our Lord Jesus Christ corrected Peter and rebuked the spirit of flesh in him, "But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!” he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” Mark 8:33

It is impossible to please God in the flesh, the reason why Jesus won't speak plainly to the disciples about His suffering as to do with the level of their faith; many of them has little faith while many do not have any faith. Before you can have a smooth relationship with God, your faith must be rooted in Him, because your faith in God is directly proportional to your growth in the kingdom. If you don't faith in God, you don't have any relationship with Him whatsoever.

The reason why you need faith to journey with God is connected to what took place in the garden of Eden when Adam ate the forbidden fruit and he knows the difference between right and wrong; that knowledge is a curse for man, because he will take decisions that is not in consistent with the will of God and his desires will blind him to the things that matters to God. For you to journey with God, the knowledge and the wisdom you had acquired in this world must be put aside, and the counsel of God will be the only reason why you take steps in life; Our Lord Jesus Christ was sharing with the disciples, the matter of the kingdom, but Peter couldn't comprehend and he questioned the master.

For you to think like God, your faith must be rooted in Him, and for you to fulfill purpose in life you must have faith in God.

PRAY THIS WEEK

Heavenly Father, please help my faith, make me have enough faith to work with you in Jesus mighty name. Amen
